Satisfaction Guaranteed refers to certain services provided by CashoPOS where
mentioned such guarantee specifically, would allow the paid user to get refund
of the fees paid to the Company when the written request made with in 30 days
from the date of initial payment for the relevant service.
Check the
operations section of this agreement on the timing and amount of refund
possible.
If you are
dissatisfied with the Services prior to completing the billing steps within the
program, your exclusive remedy is to immediately discontinue using the
Services.
If you (paid
user) completed the Company Service fee / payment after calling in to our
support center and your return was rejected by the ITD (or Other Tax
Authorities such as GSTN / CBDT / CBIC for GST related filings) and you cannot
re-file, it is your responsibility to contact Company's Customer Service
Department by email at CashoPOS @gmail.com within 20 days of the original
billing date with the proof of payment for the services to request a refund of
the fees paid to the company.
Providing
consent to eFile (Online, email confirmation for Services) and / or using
services more than 30 days from the date of initial subscription means you are
satisfied with Company Services. Guarantee do not apply to bulk, affiliate,
institutional, intermediary service providers, or those who go through partner
access or partnership programs where the company rendered to their clients.
While CashoPOS customer service try to record your grievance, and help you in
general, no refund is possible in such circumstances.
